Sites sourced, assembled and brought to you. We work on retained mandates to find and secure land, and bring smaller sites directly to the developers they suit.
II.
Negotiation
For sites you already hold or have under contract. We negotiate settlement extensions, payment terms and price with landowners, protecting the relationship while the deal moves.
III.
Partnerships
Some sites THEYR originates become partnership opportunities. We put the site together, then bring in capital and delivery partners to take it through an HDA pathway or on to completion.
