Luxury Eastern Suburbs Amalgamation
Sandridge & Wilga Sts, Bondi Beach
Amalgamation of incredibly rare and iconic 2,000sqm Bondi Beach development site with expansive views to Ben Buckler. Working with MHNDU Architects, this site yielded seven luxury dwellings including five apartments and two houses.
Low & Mid-Rise Amalgamation
St Georges Cr, Drummoyne
Acquisition and consolidation of five houses on St Georges Crescent, Drummoyne based on LMR planning controls providing spectacular views across Sydney Harbour to the Sydney Harbour Bridge and CBD.
Neutral Bay Low & Mid-Rise Amalgamation
Acquisition and consolidation of four houses on Barry Street in Neutral Bay with potential for more than 30-40 apartments in a conveinent, well-located area close to Neutral Bay village with Sydney Harbour views.

Acquisition of existing strata complex with focus on unlocking heritage, planning capability, design and revenue maximisation, including structuring for one of the landowners to retain stock in the completed project.
Harbourfront Joint Venture
Wolseley St, Drummoyne
Structured joint venture agreement with developer for the development of 12 luxury harbourfront apartments in Drummoyne, on one of the penninsula’s most sought after sites with deepwater frontage.
